The following notices are in effect at this location.

  1. Forestry works

    Forestry work is currently taking place at the Carrot entrance (accessed from near Eaglesham). Please take care and follow all safety signage.

    There is felling in the West of Whitelee between Darvel Moss and Todhills Moss. There will be no forest road closures, but Banksmen will be on site to facilitate access through the felling area. Please follow banksmen instructions and all safety signage.

Ticks

Ticks can carry Lyme disease, which can lead to long-term illness. Check for ticks after your visit and remove them quickly.

Open water

There is open water at this site. Watch children closely, wear a life jacket if you go in the water, and do not drink alcohol near or in water.

Forestry works

You may find tree felling, road building and timber lorries here. Keep safe and don't enter closed areas. Always follow signs and instructions.
